Fourth of July Weekend

Mommy and daddy had a three day weekend for July 4th so we had lots of things planned all weekend. On Friday we went to Baltimore to go to the aquarium but when we got there the tickets were sold out. So we went on boat ride, which I was excited about until they made me put on a life jacket! After that we found the Children's Museum which was so much fun! We spent the entire day there. They had a jungle gym and different themed rooms with activities in each room. My favorite room was the water works room that had tables with water and they had raincoats for you to wear so you didn't get all wet! During lunch, I had fun outside chasing the birds! I was so worn out from all the fun I had that I fell fast asleep on the car ride home.

On Saturday, we took it easy in the morning but in the afternoon I got to go to the pool with my friends Claire and Abby which was so much fun! My favorite thing to do was play ring around the rosies in the kiddie pool! After that we ordered pizza and ate at the park.

Father's Day and More!

For Father's Day, me and mommy took daddy to brunch with their friends Julie and Woody, we all had so much fun! Here is a picture of me wearing daddy's shoes and a picture of me and daddy at brunch. I love my daddy!

I also got to pick out my tricycle that was a present from Grandma Suzy and Grandpa Tom! Here is a picture of me riding in it after mommy put it together. I don't quite understand how to pedal yet but I'm working on it!

Here are some fun pictures of me from the last few months! I don't really have to much to say. I'm talking a lot and love to learn. I know my ABC's, I can count to ten, and I know my colors! In a few weeks I will be going to the beach so there will be much more for me to write about when I get back!

My 2nd Birthday!

May 20 was my 2nd birthday, so mommy and daddy had a big party for me the weekend before. The theme of the party was Elmo! I love Elmo! There were Elmo balloons, an Elmo Happy Birthday banner, Elmo table cloth, and most importantly an Elmo cake! Lots of people came to eat daddy's yummy bbq and have some cake! Aunt Mary and Great Aunt Maureen came in town to celebrate with me and it was so much fun having them here!

After my birthday, I went home with grammy and pa pa to St. Louis for a whole week by myself! They kept me pretty busy so I didn't really have time to miss mommy and daddy too much! Now I'm just enjoying the summer and I love being outside and going to the park.

I'm Back!

I know it's been awhile since Mommy has posted anything! I think she kind of forgot about the blog because she puts stuff on Facebook now! But she's going to start updating the blog regularly again. I'm talking a lot now and can say just about anything. I have just started putting sentences and phrases together. A few of my favorite phrases are "ready, set, go" and I also say "Love you." I also know my ABCs. I can say them and if you write a letter I can tell you which one it is. I can also say and recognize the numbers one through ten.

Mommy is sorry that it took her so long to post Thanksgiving pictures, but here they are! For Thanksgiving, Grandpa and Grandma Stahlschmidt, Aunt Mindy, Aunt Meghan, and Aunt Molly came to visit us. I had lots of fun playing with everyone! I ate some turkey, mashed potatoes, and corn and it was yummy! It was also warm that weekend, so I got to go play on the playground for a few minutes with everyone.
